Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival

Since 1983, the festival features 175 vendors, attractions will include top name entertainment, colorful hot air balloons in coordinated ascensions, tethered balloon rides, balloon glow, wine garden, gourmet food booths, arts and crafts.
Through the 27-year history of the event, the Festival has been refined and enhanced into a showcase of the Temecula Valley’s greatest assets. Mild summer temperatures cooled by an ocean breeze provide the perfect climate for area wineries – more than 20 of which will be pouring this weekend! Local chefs match culinary treats with local wines. Held at the Lake Skinner Recreation Area and surrounded by the Shipley Preserve, the Festival’s park setting provides natural vistas whether flying aboard a hot air balloon, or planted on terra firma. Photographers revel in the visuals from dawn mass balloon ascensions to evening balloon glows.
